What's wrong with you Orange !!

Ok !! I’ve had enough guys !! and I am so sick of your services, this is the not the first problem I face,since I got my ADSL,and from time to time the service must go down *including Orange telephone service* and when we complain they answer you the same thing..You got some noise in your line..change the filter !!

I use the 1212 service alottttttt !! and for so many times I call and all I get is that non-stop boring music ,till I get ultimately convinced that I will get no answer (after nearly twenty attempts),even when I get a problem with my ADSL connection and call Orange customers service the same thing happens,but they are more polite they ask you to call later so you don’t waste your time waiting someone to pick up your call..and when luck get by my side,the technical support team finally answer my call,I explain my problem very clearly and mention that I’ve been trying to call them since early morning,and all they offer is an ordinary procedure and to call them back !! whatttt ?? calling them again !! that’s can’t even happen once again !!

The same problem occurred one day and I went through the whole suffering issue of getting in touch with the “technical support team” and all what that lady offered to me is registering my name and house number on their list so they can send their crew to fix the problem….AFTER TWO DAYS they finally came !!!! two days with no internet connection !!! oh and they didn’t even fix anything ,the guy who came over my house said there sth wrong with my PC..and left

There is another thing,their bills,telephone bills..ok I really can’t seem to understand their system !! they send two bills with the title “Fixed Line” with the same amount of money every month (btw my ADSL is from BATELCO)!! two days ago a guy called my house number and told me they are going to disconnect my ADSL line because it hasn’t been paid for a long time !! I was like what are you talking about !! every month we pay the bills and I got the receipts..he said then you have to check or see someone men “il itisalat” my dad and I checked all 2008 bills (December and November’s bills ain’t paid) till we reached November’s bill !! there were 62 jds as unpaid bills !! you can’t do anything but paying the 62 jds !!! I just wanna know WHAT IS EXACTLY THEIR SYSTEM !! SERIOUSLY…. Pffffttttttttt

And what is wrong with the deadly slow internet connection these days !!! I called Bateclo and they said that’s from Orange..so I am not gonna even think to call Orange at all..that is so frustrating indeed !! I could barely open my facebook ..youtube doesn’t even load one complete minute,and I hope that this post has been published because I’ve been trying to post it for like 7 times,and all I see is a blank page after clicking post !!! akhhhhhh akhhhhhhhh

The War isn't Over YET !!

الحرب على "غزه" لم تنتهي بعد ... انتهى العدوان من ناحية القصف و التدمير و استنزاف أرواح الأبرياء,لكن ذلك كله لم يوقف الحرب على أهلنا في غزة.. بل أرى حرب أخرى جديدة توشك على البدء...لكن ربما من نكهة و نوعية أخرى

لا أدري من أين ابدأ الحديث,فكل الأمور باتت مترابطه و متشعبه و بشكل لا يطاق... حصار غزة لم يتوقف بعد , و نحن نتحدث عن حصار مليون و نصف المليون نسمة في مساحة ضيقة تعرضت لدمار كلي في جميع أشكال البنى التحتيه, فالمعابر جميعها ما زالت محكمة الإغلاق , و لاأدري إن كانت معوناتنا و مساعداتنا " الإنسانية" تستطيع الوصول إلى القطاع المحاصر,حتى أنها باتت موضع نزاع بين قادة "الدولة" , و خبر هام تتناوله الصحافه بشتى أشكالها حول إحتمالية قيام بعض "الأطراف" بالإستيلاء عليها و بيعها بأسعار أعلى و في محلات و صيدلات "خاصة"... أشعر و كأن القصه تتشابه و أسلوب قراصنة الصومال مع "فارق" التشبيه" و "الغنائم" أو أن فعلا التاريخ يعيد نفسه.. الموضوع لا يحتاج إلى تعليق أصلا..فالحقيقة واضحه للجميع و لا يمكن لأي أحد أن يخدع الأمة بأسرها ,فالأقوايل أقاويل و لكن الحقيقة تبقى

أكثر من 100 ألف مشرد نتيجة الحرب بلا مأوى أو متواجدين في مدارس ما يعرف بـ "الأنوروا" بأوضاع غير إنسانية.. و حوالي 800 ألف مواطن بلا مياه !! الكهرباء لا تزال غير متوفره في معظم أنحاء غزه !! ألا يكفيهم ظلمة؟؟ ماذا ينتظر أولئك المواطنين؟؟ أي مستقبل ينتظرهم؟؟ لا أستطيع أن أتخيل لو حتى بشكل سطحي حياة أهل غزة في فترة ما بعد الحرب..كل شئ تغيّر..

أشاهد قنوات الأخبار أكثر من أيام الحرب. و احاول أن أقرأ عيون النساء أو أن أفهم صمود الرجال, أو حتى بسمات الأطفال التي لم يستطع الإحتلال بوحشيته أن يقتلها,كل يوم يمضي تتكشف فظائع الحرب أكثر فأكثر, ما يشد إنتباهي هو أطفال غزة,أحيانا كثيرا لا أفهم ما يقولونه من شدة بلاغتهم,يتحدثون و بكل جرأة و دون خوف,بل يتحدثون أفضل من أي متحدث رسمي ظهر أثناء التغطية الإعلامية .. كل ما يقهر أولئك الأطفال هو عدم ذهابهم للمدرسه و عدم إمكانية استكمالهم لإمتحاناتهم !!! و أن السبب في عدم الذهاب إلى المدارس هو لجوء العديد من العائلات إلى مدارسهم للإحتماء بداخلها..علماً بأنه تم استهداف المدارس أكثر من مره و استشهد فيها العديد

تأثيرات الفسفور و الدايم و وجود يورانيوم أو يورانيوم منضب فيها.. المواقف العربية شبه المعدومه بعد القمم ..باستثناء التبرعات السخيه من أجل إعمار غرزة و هي أيضا نفس الأموال التي يتم التنازع عليها بين (الأطراف) , و حدود مصر التي سوف تحل أزمتها أجهزة و معدات مع خبراء أجانب, و .... السلام عليكم

The awful invasion in Gaza is not over yet,civilians will face countless tragedies,no houses no proper healthcare,no eduction,no FUTURE..what type of future is waiting those poor civilians of Gaza,their whole enviroment is polluted their water their soil,and absolutly that is gonna effect their health in the coming years,not to mention the huge number of wounded civilians by DIME or phosphoure,I wish arabs would "rehabilitate" the enviroment of Gaza strip instead of building towers and houses.Why enviroment? beacuse it is simply everything,If you have a polluted destroyed enviroment you will never ever get a good agriculture,or economics or even a good health,and when you think twice about it you will see that they are very connected together...... I just hope that our leaders are aware of this issue !!

من أسبوع يمكن ما كتبت ولا شي و هاد نظرا لعدة أسباب منها أخبار غزه يلي كل 5 دقايق فيها إشي جديد و طبعا امتحانات النهائيه يلي ما

بعرف من وين طلعتلي بالسحبه .. فالوضع هلأ متأزم و كالعاده من الآخر

بالنسبه للوضع في غزه و كما ذكرت سابقا فالوضع عم يتأزم أكثر و المعاناة عم بتزيد كل ساعه مع بدأ لاعمليه البريه و كل ساعه فيها شهداء و جرحى .. و المستشفيات مش ملحقه تستقبل جرحى عدا إنو المعدات الطبيه تقريبا خلصت و في منها وقف عن العمل لأنو ما في قطع غيار للأجهزه و مثال على ذلك أجهزة القسطره و غسل الكلى !! و غير إنو سمعت على التلفزيون إنو الإصابات كثير صعبه و غريبه بالنسبه للأطباء و صعب التعامل معها و غير أنو المعابر لسه مغلقه يعني لا مساعداتنا الإنسانيه و الطبيه وصلت.. ولا مصارينا و التبرعات من الشعوب و صلت ..أه طيب و شو الفايده..أصلا هدال اليوم عم بفكر إنو فالنفرض إنو وصلتهم المصاري (محرزات على فكره) إنو شو راح يستفيدوا منهم أهل غزه..شو بدهم يشتروا فيها ؟؟؟ سؤال حلل و ناقش

كمان شغله غريبه إنو في الجامعه ممنوع تحكي بالسياسه..مش إنو ممنوع بمعنى ممنوع و لكن إحكي و شوف شو رح يصير فيك هيك القصد.. إذا كنت زلمه..كتير حكولي ‘إنو ما أتناقش مع الطلاب أو مع الدكاتره بمواضيع السياسه .. و كتير حكولي إنو في كتير طلاب بس شغلتهم إنهم ينقولوا حكي.. و من هل الحكي يلي كلنا منعرفوا .. فمابعرف شكلوا أيضا حلل و ناقش

شكلها مظاهرة المسجد الكالوتي في منطقة الرابيه رح تفوت التاريخ على قد ما انكتب عنها قصص و على قد ما اتكسر زجاج سيارات و بيوت.. و على قد ما في ناس انضربت بقصد أو بدون قصد.. و عن خيمة الإعتصام و الأمن يلي بعيد عنها مش أكثر من 30 متر.. وعن و عن و عن...برضوا حلل و ناقش

لازم أنهي الموضوع لأنو عندي أمتحان يوم السبت ما بعرف عنه غير إنو معي بالإمتحان 4 فصول !!!!! و الله و هلا
